Our Focus on People Integration Teams can help your unit to implement new workplace practices and assist with any challenges you are experiencing.

Our Integration Teams are staffed with experienced human resource practitioners and university leaders, who have the expertise and skills to help you with planning sessions or implementation strategies with the Focus on People initiatives.

What is the purpose of the Integration Team?

The Integration Team’s mandate is to support units as they develop a unit plan to improve the workplace experience and to align the unit with Focus on People workplace practices. The Team also reports back to the larger community to share stories of success.

When should my department contact the Integration Team?

Feel free to get in touch with the Integration Team at any point in your process. We can support units in the early stages of integrating better workplace practices; those moving to build on existing successes; and those which have developed and implemented comprehensive workplace plans with significant, measurable impact in their units.

We can help you to start the conversation. We will be your brainstorming partners, strategists, resource people and support. We have developed tools that will help start or continue the conversation about improving your workplace practices.
